Welcome to Edition #67 of B ME Bites.
This one isn’t an adventure or a deep dive — it’s a pause. A small moment to slow down before the year ends, notice what’s already happened, and give yourself credit for getting through another full year.
Just a quick reminder: B ME Bites now lands in inboxes fortnightly (well… mostly 😉), while its sister newsletter, Effortlessly Organic Living, takes the opposite week.

A Simple Pause Before the Year Ends
An invitation to reflect before the holiday rush
With the year coming to a close, this felt like a good moment to pause.
No planning.
No fixing.
No pushing ahead.
Just a pause.
The lead-up to Christmas can be busy and full, even when it’s meant to be enjoyable. In all of that, it’s easy to move straight into “what’s next” without taking a moment to acknowledge what’s already happened.
So this week’s B ME Bites is simply an invitation to reflect.
What are you proud of from this year — even if no one else noticed?
What felt hard at the time but is behind you now?
What small moments mattered more than you expected?
Progress doesn’t always look big or obvious. Often it shows up quietly, in the everyday choices that don’t make headlines but still count.
There’s no need to wrap the year up neatly or have everything figured out before January arrives. That time will come.
For now, it’s enough to recognise that you showed up in the ways you could, through another full year.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for taking the time to read, reflect, and be part of this space.
Wishing you a calm lead-in to the holiday period, with pockets of rest wherever they’re available.
💛
One small heads-up before things get busy…
From Christmas Day, a 12 Days of Christmas series will be quietly rolling out here at B ME HQ — a collection of small, thoughtful gifts created to support you during the slower days that follow.
There’s absolutely no rush and no expectation to look at them straight away. They’ll simply be there, waiting for you, whenever you have a little time for yourself over the holiday period.

Thank you for being here and taking the time to read.
If something in this issue resonated, feel free to share it with someone who might appreciate a quiet pause too:
And if there’s something you’d love to see covered in a future edition, you can reply with that as well. This space is shaped by the people in it.
Take care over the next little while. This space will be here when things slow down.
Wishing you a wonderful Christmas — one filled with loved ones, meaningful moments, and memories you’ll hold onto long after the season passes.
